The purpose of worship will ultimately provide good benefits for anyone who does it. Here are some of the purposes of worship in Islam:

• Worship is done to create a harmonious relationship between creatures and their Creator, namely Allah SWT.
• Worship is carried out as a form of gratitude to Allah for creating, maintaining, elevating humans as caliphate on earth, and allowing humans to take advantage of the benefits provided by nature.
• Worship is carried out to measure the extent of obedience of God's creatures in carrying out His commands.
  The obedience of a servant in carrying out Allah's commands will affect their fate in this world and in the hereafter for the life to come.
• Worship can give a sense of security, peace, and calm, because Allah can take care of every business to his servant.
• Worship is done to eliminate the feeling of pride because only Allah the Almighty has all perfection.
• Worship is done as a form of expression that humans are only fat creatures and need every help and strength from Allah SWT.
