Recipe of the Day | پنجیری| Most Effective Health Care Recipe for the Women

Hopefully everyone will be great here. By the grace of Almighty Allah , I am also good along with my kids. Today's am delightful to share with you very special and expensive but most effective for the women health care recipe going to share with you. I am proud to be daughter of my mother because she is so supportive and caring towards our healthy lifestyle.
My mother taught this recipe from her mother and today , I thought this traditional recipe from my mother. May Almighty Allah blessed healthy and prosperous life Amin. Let's move on to share in detail making process of پنجیری . That's effective and used in winter season along with hot cup of milk for getting better health results.

We added the dasi ghee in the frying pan and then added all the dry fruits in it and fried under the moderate flame untill they showed the light brown color . We fried all the nuts separately. It took 45 minutes for frying Process.
We taken an other cooking pot where in we added dasi ghee and cardamom. When the oil becomes hot and we feel the fragrance of cardamom then we will add semolina and continuely mix with stirrer and cook untill that become light golden brown. When semolina color is golden, we will take it off the burning flame. Will put it to cool down for a while.
Next process is to crushing the all frying dry fruits in the chopper. We chopped or crushed all the dry fruits separately by using the chopper. That was amazing electric gadget to save the time and make the crush well according to our taste and sweet healthy dish. Well , we put all the crushing dry fruits in the plate and then added in crushing sugar and mixed in well.
The final step was too make the layers of fried and crushing dry fruits into the golden fried semolina. My mother made the layers perfectly and equally. Then we put on the low flame for just 5 minutes to oust out the actual taste of پنجیری .
Here in you can see the ready presentation of پنجیری. We start our cooking exact at 8 am and end in 12 pm. It took 4 hours to complete it. But real thing is that we are happy to cook it because winter season is on going and that is the perfect sweet dish for all the old age women who have joints pain , Sugar patients who feel weakness and the lactating and married women who are giving the kids that are the most effective for their healthy care and strong bones.
There was total budget of that recipe 15000/-Rs . If we want to eat پنجیری حلوہ
then we will add some quantity of water in the پنجیری and cooked until the mixture became thin . We will use it with hot cup of milk or tea in the morning or night for feeling energetic and boosting our immune system.
