What is Cervicogenic Headache
Cervicogenic Headache is also a headache. This pain can occur for different reasons, such as neck problems or spinal problems. If any of our organs have this problem, we may experience neck pain because the head and neck are connected together. This pain occurs in the back of our head. Due to this pain, our eyes also hurt, and it often spreads to the neck and shoulders. This pain usually occurs in the back of the head.

Share your personal experience that how often you feel tension headache in a month!
I don't get tension headaches because I don't get too much tension, nor do I have any work that causes me to get too much tension. Here I would like to give the example of my uncle who gets tension headaches. My uncle 35 years old. He works in a bank. He has to sit on the computer all day. He works sitting on the computer all day.
Due to sitting on the computer for a long time, his neck and eyes hurt. When he comes back home, his neck hurts. He feels pain four to five times a month due to tension. This pain is mostly in his forehead and gradually his arms also start to hurt. This pain usually happens to him when he comes back from the office in the evening. At first, this pain comes slowly, then for some time, this pain increases.
