I Hope you all are well.Every contest this week is awesome.So today I'm back to participate in this wonderful contest hosted by the Healthy Steem community.The name of this challenge is Contest Alert: Nails Health.So I will discuss this topic in detail.So let's get started, stay with me.

The first thing we need to do to take care of our nails is to keep them clean and dry at all times. We should keep our nails clean and tidy regularly with a soft brush or cloth. Do not use excessive amounts of water, detergent powder or any other soap-like substance between the nails, as this will worsen the condition of the nails. It is better not to use such excess substances. If you must use them, wear rubber gloves. Use cream or lotion for your nails and fingers. Cleanliness is the main condition for healthy nails.
I am going to observe the common symptoms in five stages. Such as brittleness, pitting, ridges, discoloration, thickening.
★brittleness ; Nails that break or split easily.
★pitting ; Small on the nail surface Depressions.
★ridges ;Vertical or horizontal lines across the nail.
★discoloration ;Yellow, brown, or white spots on the nails.
★thickening ;Male enhancement of nails can be a sign of a fungal infection.

Pale white nails...
