"Spleen Diseases".
Assalamu Alaikum.
Hello everyone,
I am @sojib1996
From #Bangladesh
How are you all? I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I will be taking part in a beautiful contest of the Healthy Steem community. This contest name is "Spleen Diseases".
Thank you so much Sir @afzalqamar for organizing such a beautiful event.
what do you know about them? |
---|
It can be caused by various underlying conditions like liver disease, blood cancer, and other infections. It can rupture with minor trauma and cause heavy bleeding in the abdomen. It can also be caused by any infection (bacterial, malaria, hepatitis). It is very important as it protects us from bacteria and viruses.
The spleen is an essential organ in the upper abdomen, just below the rib cage. Although this organ is relatively small, it performs several important functions in the human body. The spleen's primary function is to filter the blood, helping to remove broken red blood cells and platelets from the bloodstream. It is also essential for disease prevention, as it produces white blood cells and antibodies to protect us from health problems.
You or someone you know has or had spleen problems? |
---|
No, I or anyone I know has not been affected by this disease. However, this disease can be cured if treated in the early stages, and sometimes even death occurs due to this disease.
So, if you have this disease, get some tests done by a doctor and follow the doctor's instructions, you will get better.
What steps can we take to keep our spleen healthy and prevent it from diseases? |
---|
Below are the steps we can take to keep our spleen healthy and prevent diseases.
- First of all, we need to have nutritious food on our food list, nutritious food can protect us from diseases.
To improve the health of the spleen, we should chew the food we eat completely and eat it well.
We should eat vitamin-rich foods, including vitamin C, vitamin B-12, iron, and vitamin A. If we eat more food, then we will be able to prevent this disease.
Eating broccoli, spinach, bell peppers, bananas, citrus fruits, berries, quinoa, oats, barley, etc. can make the spleen healthy and strong, so we should eat these.
Do not eat too much while eating and eat small amounts frequently. Besides, not eating for a long time will lead to the spleen being in a bad state.
If the spleen is damaged, the doctor removes it through ablation.
I would like to invite my friends @ulfatulrahmah @ayeshasiddika10 and @suborna03to take part in the contest.
