Have you ever faced any symptoms of angina? If yes then what they were

Angina is chest pain, a tight, tight feeling. Usually, the blood in our body goes to the heart and if this blood does not move or oxygen in our body does not move fully to the heart, it causes pain. Normally it moves through the blood arteries and veins of our heart. Chest pain occurs when veins and arteries are somehow constricted and obstructed when oxygen is flowing. This pain is called angina.

No, I have never experienced angina pain but it is usually a sharp pain in the left side of the chest or the middle of the chest. Then I feel that someone is sitting on my chest. Pressing pain with a lot of weight.

However, many symptoms are seen with angina.

  • Abdominal pain
  • Excessive sweating
  • Shortness of breath
  • Nausea.
  • Pain in back with neck.
What type of angina is most common?

Angina is of two types, 1. Stable and 2. Unstable angina. However stable angina is the most common. Usually the heart works a little harder than normal.

Such as during exercise. It usually lasts for 5 minutes. It has a normal sequence. It lasts for weeks, months or even years. But it can be cured by taking medicine as per the doctor's advice.

what type of angina is most severe?

Unstable angina is the most serious because it has no definite sequence. It also hurts while resting. Atherosclerosis, which involves a blockage that prevents blood from reaching the heart, is the primary cause.

The pain increases over time and may last for more than 10 minutes. However, it may not subside with medication and rest. This can be a sign of a heart attack. Anyone experiencing these conditions should immediately see a doctor.

I would like to invite my friends @tammanna @mahadisalim and @zisha-hafiz to take part in the contest.

Best Regards, @sojib1996
