Health is wealth. We take various steps to maintain health. For example, physical exercise, drinking pure water, eating a balanced diet, and even taking medicine if necessary to maintain good health. Today, Friday, 24-01-25, I have prepared my healthy diary game with all the

Morning time: -

Water: -

I drink two glasses of water as soon as I wake up in the morning. There are many benefits of drinking water in the morning. For example: -

  • Water revitalizes the body.
  • Helps in digestion and weight control.

Exercise: -

I do light exercise by drinking water. Exercise makes my body fit. In addition, exercise also plays an important role in maintaining good health.

Bread: -

Bread made from flour is a delicious food. In addition, I get a lot of nutrition from flour. For example: -

  • Flour contains a mixture of macronutrients and micronutrients. Here are -
  • Carbohydrates
  • Protein

Vegetables: -

Today, I have chosen a mixture of potatoes, carrots, and tomatoes for eating bread. Each of its ingredients plays a special role in disease prevention. For example: -

  • From potatoes, we get carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants.
  • Carrots contain a lot of vitamin C, vitamin B-6, vitamin K1, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron. Each of these elements helps in various health-related functions of our body. For example: -
  • Vitamin K1 helps in the formation of blood vessel walls and bone health.
  • Vitamin C increases our immunity.
  • Vitamin B6 increases brain function and helps in metabolism.

Lunch time: -

Today I eat khichuri in the afternoon. Delicious khichuri with rice chail and moong dal is very helpful for my health. Rice for example: -

Khichuri: -

Contains nutritious ingredients, just like moong dal is a healthy food. The nutritional properties of this food are: -

  • Rice contains a lot of carbohydrates that provide us with nutrition.
  • It contains vitamin-B1 which helps us produce energy

Moong Dal: -

Moong Dal is a very nutritious dal, which is rich in protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals. The ingredients here have a positive effect on our health. For example: -

  • It contains folate which helps in red blood cell production and fetal development.
  • Vitamin C helps in preventing diseases.
  • Iron which helps in oxygen transport.

Chicken: -

I like chicken to eat with khichdi. The meat cooked with light gravy is as tasty as it is delicious. We get many nutrients from chicken. For example: -

  • It contains vitamin B3 which supports metabolism and cardiovascular health.
  • It also contains protein, vitamins, calcium, zinc, carbohydrates which maintain our health.

Dinner time: -

Today I am eating noodles. Noodles are a delicious food made mainly from wheat flour or rice flour. It is a food rich in nutrients.

  • Vitamin-B1 which creates energy
  • Vitamin B3 which helps in digestion
  • B9 or folate which increases cells
  • Eggs, oil and various vegetables are required to make noodles. From there, I also get many ingredients necessary for my good health.
