What do you know about acne scars? When they occurs?

Acne scars are a skin condition where severe acne forms on the skin and scars appear on the skin after the acne heals. These acne scars appear when the inflammation damages the deeper layers of the skin and its healing is irregular.
Acne scars are of different types. For example: -

• Some scars are like ice pick scars.
• Some scars are wide and deep with sharp edges.
• Some scars are wavy, like shallow indentations.
• Acne scars are formed for various reasons. For example: -
• When inflammatory acne damages the skin.
• When acne is picked or squeezed and treated incorrectly.
• When the skin does not heal properly due to lack of collagen.
• When there is a genetic predisposition to scarring easily.
  All these reasons cause acne scars to appear on the skin.

Alhamdulillah, I have never faced acne scars. But I understand that acne scars cause a lot of damage to the skin. They ruin the smoothness of the skin. I have seen such scars on the skin of many people. They try various ways to hide these scars. Some use whatever medicine they find at hand, some use natural medicines. They think that these scars are reducing their personality. That is why they try so hard. But remember, scars can never affect personality. Personality or self-esteem depends on one's education, behavior, and behavior.
However, smooth skin is desirable for every person. Therefore, if acne scars appear unexpectedly, one should consult a specialist doctor and get proper treatment.

What are some effective ways to reduce or treat acne scars?

If acne scars appear on the skin, it needs to be treated. There are some effective ways for this. These can range from home remedies to professional doctor treatment. I have presented a few methods. For example: -

• Eating foods and products rich in vitamin C can be used. It lightens dark spots and increases collagen, which is important for skin healing.
• Microneedling uses tiny needles to stimulate collagen production. This helps improve the appearance of atrophic scars.
• Fractional laser or erbium laser breaks down tissue in the deeper layers of the skin and increases collagen. It is very effective for deep and pitted scars.
• Dermal fillers are injected into the scars to create a smooth appearance. It is especially effective for ice pick and box scars.
  There are also-
• Corticosteroid injections
• Sun protection treatments
• Various home remedies
• Honey treatments
• Chemical peel treatments.
  Through these, we can treat acne scars.

Do you think acne scars should be embraced as part of self-acceptance, or should people focus on treatments? Why?

Whether acne scars should be taken as part of one's personality or should rely on medical treatment, the answer is different for each person. For example:-
Some people consider these acne scars as a part of their body. Acne scars cannot hurt their personality. They can do their daily work with acne scars. They do not have any problem with this or they do not consider it a problem.
On the other hand, there are many people who try to hide acne scars. They cover their face or hide their face so that the scars on their face are not noticed. Such people cannot take acne easily. They think that it has hurt their personality.

I have already said that smooth and beautiful skin is desirable for everyone. Therefore, the advice of a specialist doctor can be taken. The doctor tries to correct the acne scars with his good advice. If you follow the doctor's advice, the scars will be removed and the smoothness of the skin will return. Which will enhance your personality.
