Assalam O Alaikum! How is life treating you? Hopefully you will be doing good. I am also quite well here. Fresh vegetables are indeed precious gift by nature. Their unique colour and taste make meal more delicious and healthy. In short words fresh vegetables are good for overall well being. In this contest I'll discuss about two fresh vegetables in my area and its health effects.
What are the two most useful fresh vegetables in your area?

Vegetables are really important to us for live healthy. Fresh vegetables give different vegetables in flavors and nutritional benefits. More we can enjoy raw in salads, steamed as a side dish. There are different vegetables in different shapes like beetroot, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, corn, cucumber, eggplant, garlic, green beans, spanish, lettuce, onion, peas, potato, pumpkin, radish, spinach, sweet potato, tomato and ginger.

The main two most useful fresh vegetables in my area are "Radish Podes and Cauliflower. I select this because I like to eat them. My favourite dish is cauliflower with potatoes cooked in low flame. I live in village area and there are different vegetables grow by farmer. In my area mostly people are farmers and reap different crops. Cauliflower can be cooked with chicken, potato and beef. Radish Podes cooked with potatoes. I also like to eat Paratha of radish Podes and cauliflower. So cauliflower and radish podes are the most useful fresh vegetables in my area.

How do these vegetables help our health?
  • Radish podes is very beneficial for health. Radish podes is rich with vitamin C which is good for health of bones, Folic acid that is the need of body specially for women in the time of pregnancy, potassium which support immune system. Radish podes contains dietary fiber which help in digestion. It has low calories, this means it maintain ideal weight. Radish podes help in maintaining blood Sugar level. It's antioxidants power help to reduce inflammation and fight against infections.

  • Cauliflower is also nutritious vegetable for health . This offers different health benefits. Cauliflower enrich with Vitamins C and Vitamin K. These support our immune function and also bone health. Cauliflower has high fiber that is really helpful in digestion and improve digestive system also helpful in weight management. Cauliflower is helpful to reduce inflammation and save us from chronic diseases.
