Eye allergy is a type of physical illness, eye allergies are usually caused by some reason, seasonal causes, food, or chemical ingredients. Eye allergies are not a complex or terrible problem, eye allergies can be cured by some common medicines.

Symptoms of eye allergy:

• Red eyes.
• Swelling of the eyes.
• Constant watering of the eyes.
• Discomfort and pain in the eyes.

Types of eye allergies:-

SAC: This allergy problem is usually more common in summer and spring because there are pollen grains of different flowers with the air outside.

PAC: This allergy problem is usually seen throughout the year.

GPC: This allergy problem is usually more common in those who use contact lenses.

If the problem of allergy is more common in the eyes and usually lasts for more than seven days, then you should seek help from the doctor quickly.

Yes, I was facing the problem of seasonal eye allergies, I have dust allergies, due to dust allergies, my eyes are in trouble almost all year round, because of dust, if I go out for any work on the road, then the dust of the road comes in contact with my eyes, as a result, first my eyes start itching and later my eyes become red, painful and swollen, it is very annoying for me.

Sometimes I see blurry eyes due to eye allergies, then it does not get better until I take medicine. For my eye allergies, I use some drops that help to eliminate bacterial infections in my eyes, and use antihistamines. In addition, I use glasses when going out. This provides me with protection from eye allergies.

In Bangladesh, about half of the people are affected by eye problems every year. It is more common in winter and summer, which are eye problems, in some cases, viral diseases. So if you want to cure eye problems, you have to avoid everything that can cause eye allergies

• To cure the problem of allergies, consult a doctor, for which antihistamine drugs, such as Fexo, Cetirizine, Rupadine, will take this type of medicine. The drugs are usually second generation and have fewer side effects. And these are safe.

• When I go out, I will wear an umbrella, and sunglasses, so that dust can not enter the eyes.

• Avoid allergic foods.

• Keep the eyes clean, avoid catching the eyes with unclean hands.
