Personally, I don't like fast food, I am not a fan of it and if could remember the last time I ate fast food, I think that was when I took my girlfriend out on a date, I am always creating awareness on the importance of eating home cooked food so going out to eat fast food isn't just my thing.

Secondly, the reason I don't get to eat fast food is the health risk associated with it and I am not ready to treat what I can just avoid. More of why I prefer home cooked food. Why I even ate the fast food the last time is because I took someone on a date and personally no matter how busy I am, I can't eat fast food, I prefer to put my food in a food pack and take it to work or wherever I want to go to.

The only food I could eat outside is noodle and rice, those are the ones I could possibly eat because I feel they do not involve tedious process to make. Some times back, I used to eat noodles with fried egg because of the man that do prepare it, he was a very clean man and his shop was always neat as well, more of why I felt Inlove with his cooking skill.

Also, noodles do not require excessive heat to burn down the compounding components as well as rice unlike stew and soul that needs to be prepared under intensed heat of which most of those fast food vendor won't even take their time to prepare.

  • Dental Distress: Oftentimes the carbs and sugar in fast food produces acids that can destroy the tooth enamel which can lead to dental cavities.

  • Heart Disease/ Stroke: Eating of excessive fast food can cause elevated cholesterol and increase in blood pressure that can trigger heart disease and stroke.

  • Persistent Headache: Eating foods filled with sodium like so many fast foods of today can increase chances of having persistent headache.

  • Increase In Blood Sugar: Most fast foods are filled with empty carbohydrates which can cause frequent rise in insulin which may alter the body's natural insulin response.

  • Insulin Resistance: Much fast foods can lead to frequent insulin spikes. This can lead to insulin Resistance and type 2 diabetes.

  • Bloating: Eating too much sodium might make the body regain water leaving you feeling puffy and bloated.

I so much believe fast food could be made Healthier if they are being prepared on a normal cooking condition. The food needs to be prepared in a clean and neat environment so as to create an eco friendly zone.

Also, addition of too much sodium should be limited, it causes a whole lot of damages to the body, if this is being prevented, then we shouldn't have much to worry about fast foods.

I am inviting @purpleidy23 @goodybest and @florencep to participate in this contest.
