By the way, it is said that the amount of water in our body should not be reduced in winters because it often happens in winters that we drink very little water, due to which our body becomes dehydrated, but we do not feel it. But the reason for this is that it is necessary to stay more hydrated than in summers because in summer we sweat a lot, due to which our body becomes extremely dehydrated, and the cause of every disease is dehydration, and then as soon as we go out in the sun or outside at the time of bright syn, our head starts to ache,dizzy and due to which the remaining water in us is also absorbed at once.Well, the heat increases a lot in the summer season, the temperature of which starts from 40° and goes up to 50° because the heat in our country is quite high. Due to the large desert, it is very hot here. Because I live on the Punjab side, the temperature in Punjab definitely goes up to 46°, but in some places like Sindh, the heat is very high in Sindh and due to which people become very dehydrated. And in summer, you need to take care of yourself a lot because in summer you can even die due to the heat.In fact, it was just today that I was reading someone's post on Facebook. The woman was from Jackababad and she was saying that the temperature there had reached 52° degrees and ar this time hydration is a must. I was so surprised that here we feel so hot even at 41° degrees. We keep drinking water all day. So what must be happening to the people who are living in 42° degrees?

Well, on normal days, my mother gets tired of saying, "Drink water, drink water, keep your body hydrated," but I can't even drink it. Well, when heat enters into my routine and i start drinking so much water that there is no place in our stomach to eat. I mean, I have gone far beyond my routine by drinking water because the heat is so intense and I sweat so much that I keep drinking water all day long.And in the summer season, we are drinking water very well due to routine, but at this time it is not about routine, it is only about the heat, and in the heat, no matter how much water you drink, it is less.

I remember that a few months ago I had a headache. I used to have a lot of pain in my head and when I got it checked, it was found that I must be very dehydrated, which is why this happens. So the doctor told me to drink a lot of juices and take things that keep me very hydrated. Almost when I started doing all this, I started to notice a lot of difference in my headache. You drink very little water in the summer season, so where there is a 50 percent water deficiency in your body, in summer becomes 100 percent. Due to water, your body also starts to weaken a lot and whenever you go out in the sun or outside, you suddenly feel dizzy and your heart gets bad and suddenly your energy level drops. The problem of people who are very dehydrated in summer is that their blood pressure mostly remains low and due to which they face a lot of difficulties. So always keep your body hydrated and avoid any disease that can lead you to bigger problems later.

It is said that water is life, so why not drink a lot of water especially during summer. This is a season where the body temperature shifts from it's normal range to a range where an individual can experience headache, body pain and weakness. When we consume water during summer our body stays safe from the intense temperature of the sun.
