It's obvious that most of us or even some people around us has been suffering from one health problems or the other that we came in contact with as a result of unawareness to the symptoms or preventive measures of this particular illness or diseases which is very sad, special thanks to @suboohi for organizing such an amazing and healthy contest titled; "Muscular Pain Or Myalgia"

What do you understand by muscular pain?

Myalgia also known as muscular pain can be seen as those signs and symptoms of diseases, injuries, infections, and other health and medical issues which is caused or triggered by an unpleasant sensation in the body that many people are suffering from today, sometimes muscular pain can be temporary or chronic as well as localized throughout the body and this pain tends to involve in specific muscles and starts during or just after the activity or work.

Muscular pain sometimes occurs as a result of too much of exercise mostly when someone starts a new exercise routine or program it can lead and result to stiff or sore muscles which can easily turns out to be muscular pain, also fibromyalgia which means a chronic or long-lasting disorder that result to pain and tenderness all over the body can as well cause fatigue, problem with sleep and muscular pain, another causes of muscular pain is infections such as bacteria, parasite, and virus which can can cause muscle stiffness in addition to other symptoms, a person who is dehydrated may likely experience muscle aches and pains because drinking enough water is vital to keep the body functioning properly and in good condition if not so it can result to muscular pain or myalgia, and last but not the least is stress and tension which is another main cause why so many people are suffering and experiencing muscular pain.

Muscle pain is most usually related to tension, overuse, or muscle injury from exercise or physically demanding work or lack even lack or insufficient sleeping time, some times the pain may feel like a deep, steady ache or random sharp pains all over our body it is mostly caused or triggered by an unpleasant sensation in the body, Muscular pain can be felt almost everywhere around our body including the neck, back, legs, arms and even your hands that's to say it doesn't have any specific part.

Give some remedies to cure muscular pain.

Do you know you can cure and get rude of muscular pain with the help of turmeric also known as a plant from the ginger family, turmeric is often used in South Asian cuisine, such as curry, it helps relieve pain, inflammation and stiffness as a result of curcumin a key chemical found in this herb.
Taking some drugs such as paracetamol and ibuprofen may help cure and reduce muscular pain or better still use Garlic (Allium sativum) is an herb related to onion, is used for the treatment of fatigue, Garlic consists of a bioactive compound called allicin this can easily help cure muscular pain.
Ginger also is another remedies of curing muscular pain the "root" or the rhizome, of the plant Zingiber officinale, which has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties helps treats stiffness, fatigue and muscular pain.
muscle pains can also be reduced and may go away with some home remedies such as Coconut oil, Banana, Exercise, Sleep, Magnesium sulfate,Chamomile, Massage, Rest and many more of them.
