Why is staying hydrated more important in the summer than in other seasons?

Staying hydrated is one of the best and easiest ways for us to maintain a good healthy system than other reasons. Staying hydrated helps us in several ways below are some of the reasons why staying hydrated is more important in the summer than in other seasons:

  • Staying hydrated helps keep our body warm and cold during summer
  • Staying hydrated prevents us from falling sick.
  • Staying hydrated prevents our lips from drying
  • Staying hydrated boosts our immune system and makes us feel good
  • It prevents us from urinating yellow urine

How much water do you try to drink daily in the summer? Do you follow any routine?.

Summer season is usually a hot season in which water is needed to help us stay healthy. To this, I drink more than 2 liters of water daily in terms of the sachet (pure water), I do take up to 19 sachets of pure water daily following this routine: **morning hours 3 sachet water, afternoon 4 sachet water, and evening 3 sachet water.


What are your favorite hydrating foods, drinks, or beverages during hot weather?

Favorite Hydrating Foods:

  • Watermelon 🍉
  • Oranges 🍊
  • Cucumber 🥒
  • Strawberry 🧃
  • Lettuce 🥦

Favorite Hydrating Foods:

  • Coconut water
  • Lemon iced teas
  • Aloe Vera juice
  • Cold Vera juice
  • Cold buttermilk
  • Yogurt

How does dehydration affect our body? And how to overcome that situation?

Dehydration affects our body by causing the following to our body:

  • It causes our body to get hurt
  • It makes us fall sick
  • It causes our lips to get dry

The way we can overcome that situation is by staying hydrated always which would help us stay healthy.
