Yes, I know about a heart attack, which I knot as a myocardial infarction, that occurs when blood flows to a part of the heart and is blocked for a long period that part of the heart muscle dies or is damaged.
The blockage is mostly caused by a buildup of fat, cholesterol, and other substances, which form a plaque in the coronary arteries that supply blood to the heart. A heart attack comes like a stroke and it emergency and immediate treatment to reduce the damage to the heart muscle.
- What are the heart attack major symptoms?
The major symptoms of a heart attack include the following;
Discomfort or chest pain which is described as tightness, pressure, or squeezing.
Discomfort or pain in other areas (places) such as the back, neck, arms, stomach, or jaw.
Cold sweat.
Vomiting, lightheadedness or nausea.
Shortness of breath.
The risk factors for heart attack include the following; high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, smoking, obesity, excessive consumption of alcohol, family history of heart disease, and lack of doing physical activity.
- How heart attack ratio be controlled?
Well, controlling the ratio of heart attacks has to do with addressing the key risk factors that are related to lifestyle, health conditions, and preventive care. Below are some of the helpful strategies that can help reduce heart attack risk.
Promoting a heart-healthy diet, which involves, the intake of fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains.
Cut down on sodium. We have to reduce the intake of salt.
Encourage regular doing or physical activity. This can help us to build our muscles and reduce body fat.
Maintain a healthy weight
Stop smoking and limit the intake of Alcohol.
In conclusion, controlling the heart attack ratio needs a combination of lifestyle modifications, preventive healthcare, and public healthcare support which early management can help.

Heart attacks happen differently to various people, therefore it is better to take care of yourself with good nutrition, exercise, and sleep for the necessary hours. When the person suffers from attacks, they experience chest pain, vomiting, and sweating.
