It is absolutely true that we should sleep for seven to eight hours every day and fulfill our sleep needs, but in today's era, there are so many burdens on a person's shoulders that he cannot even sleep or achieve any success. In the past, when there were no mobile phones, people did not have so many worries and troubles. Today, this mobile phone has made people addicted to it. They cannot sleep unless they spend two or three hours with it. By getting enough sleep, a person wakes up on time and can perform all his activities on time in the morning. It is true that if a person wakes up on time, he can perform prayers and go to his work early in the morning. This way, he doesn't lag behind others, but keeps progressing.
