I begin with the name of Allah,the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful.Assalam u Alaikum friends, I hope you are all well and happy in your life. I wish you a very happy 2025. Last year we could not fulfill our target, Allah Ta'ala has given us another opportunity to fulfill our target. Today I am going to participate in a very beautiful contest organized by @khursheedanwar at Healthy Steam which is about lungs Cancer.

What is lungs 🫁 Cancer ?

First, let me tell you what cancer is. Our body organs consists of thousands of tiny cells.Lung cancer refers to the formation of abnormal cell divisions in lung tissue.Cells continue to divide uncontrollably and form tumors.Cellular growth extends from the tissues into other nearby tissues. Cancer is a dangerous disease. If these dangerous cells spread from one place to another, we call it metastasis.This would make the cancer even more dangerous and impossible to treat as it spreads further.

A symptom of cancer is that the patient has a cough that lasts for three weeks.Another symptom is blood with mucus.The third symptom is shortness of breath. Often, the patient becomes short of breath by doing light activity, for example, by taking a few steps or climbing stairs. This happens because when cancer grows in the lung, that part doesn't work properly.And when our body needs oxygen during an activity and does not get oxygen.The fourth symptom is weight loss. Cancer cells grow very fast and need energy to grow.Most of the energy that cancer patients eat is used in the growth of cancer cells.

Therefore, the weight of the cancer patient continues to decrease.The fifth symptom is being tired all the time. A cancer patient is always tired due to cancer.This symptom of cancer is also caused by the energy used in the growth of the cancer cell.The sixth symptom is chest pain.Lung cancer pain usually occurs when coughing and breathing.These symptoms may be due to any other disease, so if you have any of these symptoms, consult your doctor immediately to find out which disease it is.

Lungs cancer occurs in people over the age of 40.Lung cancer is mostly caused by smoking, people who smoke have a higher chance of developing cancer and people who do not smoke have a very low chance of developing cancer. Cigarette smoke contains more than 50 carcinogens, which are very dangerous and can cause cancer. Passive smoking, i.e. inhaling the smoke produced by someone else's smoking, can also cause cancer. Smoke from the burning edge of a cigarette is more dangerous than smoke from the filtered edge.

How can lung cancer be treated? If the lung cases are in the early stages of Diagnosis.If the lung is present in a small part of the cases, it can be surgery removed.If the general condition of the patient is not good and it is difficult to perform surgery, the cancer cell can be eliminated through radiotherapy. But if the cancer is very advanced and has spread beyond the penis, chemotherapy is done.

How to prevent lung cancer? The best way to prevent lung cancer is to quit smoking.Quitting smoking also reduces the chances of lung cancer over time. After 10 years of quitting smoking, the chances of long-term cases are the same as those of a lifetime non-smoker.But it is not easy to quit smoking on your own, you can consult your doctor and he will guide you best for this.Taking a healthy diet also reduces the chances of smoking. And fruits and vegetables should be consumed more .Our diet should be low in fat and high in fiber and daily exercise also reduces lungs cancer chances.
