Greetings friends of Steemit and Healthy Steem

The first thing I do in my protocol is I use a water pick. It's a high pressure stream of water that comes out like a hose and I run it along the gum line around my entire teeth. Flossing is number two. It has a thicker string. We evaluated it showed a 25% increase in the amount of plaque it could pick up. The third step is I use an electric toothbrush now I prefer the electric because I find it cleans my teeth better. I usually change my brush every three months. I also use a soft brush that fit well in my mouth. I wait 30 minutes after eating because my teeth and enamel will get a little soft. So waiting 30 minutes before you brash can be helpful. For my toothpaste I'm currently using two. I use one in the morning. One at night. There's no reason why I just think it's fun to change toothpastes. These paste have fluoride they help whiten and they don't have other junk. The brush is circularly touch my teeth from inside out.

Step number four is a tongue cleaner so the tongue gets rid of dirt just like the teeth do stick out tongue scrape it. do it a few times and you will notice a very big difference in oral health. Brushes can also be helpful to clean the tongue.

I also gargle and rinse with mouth freshener liquid for cleansing the throat area to avoid any bad breath.

I always take a healthy diet and take necessary vitamins as per the advice of the dentist Diet is obviously an integral part of my overall health, but proper nutrition can help teeth too. I avoid sugary foods and drinks that can damage enamel while keeping a balanced diet.

I don't smoke either.
