What do you understand by bloating?

Bloating is when your tummy feels uncomfortable and full. It's very common and there are things that you can do to ease it but you should see a doctor if it doesn't go away. You may be bloated if your tummy feels full or bigger than usual. If you've got tummy pain or discomfort if your tummy is often rumbling or making noises or if you're farting or passing gas more than usual.

Avoid carbonated drinks like soda and sparkling water. What happens is it hits your stomach acid and release gases. It makes bloating worse so avoid them at all costs instead opt for plain water just normal natural water and herbal teas.
