Common causes of Obesity

Obesity is caused by eating too much and people eat more food and don't use the energy gained by the food through any kind of physical activity.

All of the extra energy stores in their body in the form of fat which causes obesity. It is also caused by taking high fat and much more sugar food.

Due to the use of technology and social media people's move a little , eat at one place and keeping sitting at that place for many hours using social media and other technology which is one of the main cause of obesity.

It causes by consuming high amount of calories , fast food and processed food.

Also some factors like stress and depression lead to over eating which causes weight gain and obesity.

Obesity as a disease
  • Obesity is considered as a medical problem that can increase the risk of many diseases and other health problems.These problem can include
  • Heart disease
  • High cholesterol
  • High blood pressure , diabetes.
  • Lack of sleep
  • It is considered as a disease that has a negative impact on human health.
  • Some medical organization have considered obesity as a disease . Obesity can cause serious health concequencies like depression anxiety.

Affect of obesity on health

Obesity can have effects on our physical and also mental health which includes sleeping disorder , Certain Cancer , muscular issues, liver disease .
It can also reduce the overall living quality of someone's life and social problems .
People affected by obesity faces some social issues in interacting with other people in their community their mental health is also affected when other people discuss about them in social gathering .

Some suggestions to control weight

My suggestion for those who are suffering from obesity include :

  • Balanced Diet
    In your balanced diet you can include fruits, healthy vegetables,fruit juices , proteins ,dry fruits , energy drinks ,green tea.You should focus on what you eat and how you eat.
You should eat according to the need and also eat slowly . Decrease taking sugary drinks such as sodas.
  • Physical Activity
    What we eat we should also digest it .Obese person should do morning walk and jogging.
    Should exercise daily and should do .
You should sleep at least 7 to 8 hours each night because poor sleep can affect your hunger . Try to release stress because in stress people tend to over eating.

My view about invasive surgeries to reduce weight

Invasive surgeries are usually considered when someone has severe obesity .It should be considered in points that these kinds of surgeries carry severe risks and it also affects the normal lifestyle after the surgery.
Instead of considering these medical treatment obese person should try to lose their weight by controlling on their diet and maintaining their physical activities by taking exercise regularly .
They should consult with the health care who can guide them to focus on their daily routine .

So this is my point of view about obesity. I hope you got information from this post .
