Of course, hygiene is important for our health. With good hygiene, we eliminate many germs, and we know perfectly well that germs are not good for our bodies. Through germs, we can get many diseases and lose health. I don't think anyone would want that.

I think everyone should wash twice a day. Morning and evening. In the morning, because after a night, we can be sweaty, it's bad for our skin. Generally, when we shower or bathe in the morning, our skin breathes better. So a bath in the morning is a better day. I personally always take a cold shower in the morning, which immediately wakes me up and gives me energy for the whole day. Coffee doesn't work for me, cold showers do. I recommend everyone to try it. It's hard at first, but in time we won't even feel cold. In the evening I take a warm shower, and at the end, I turn off the cold water, which also has a positive effect on my body.

Hygiene affects relationships with others. You wouldn't want to date a smelly partner in a relationship, would you? I don't think so. Just as our hygiene is important, we never know who we will meet in our lives. What if we meet the woman of our lives, but we can't even talk to her because she stinks from our lips, for example? Painful, but true.

I don't know how it works in different cultures, I've never delved into it, but I think in every culture, hygiene is just as important. There may be different ways to maintain this hygiene, but I think the effect is similar.

Hygiene plays an important role in the spread of diseases. The more pure you are, the less chance you have of getting sick because fewer germs are on us or in us. Hygiene is very important, and health is cleanliness, so I would sum it up. So people take care of yourself. Wash often, brush your teeth, and take care of hygiene in general, this is more important than it may seem to us. I'm gonna take a bath.
