HOW MANY HOURS OF SLEEP DO YOU USUALLY GET EACH NIGHT, AND DO YOU THINK IT’S ENOUGH?

Sometimes, i use up to 7 hours to sleep at night, starting from 12am to 7am, and i believe it's enough for me to spend 7 hours for night sleep. As adults, you can choose to sleep for up to 9 hours, but for children, it's not advisable to use just 7 hours for night sleep because children need more sleeping hours, mostly at night. School-age children or teenagers need 9 to 11 hours for their night sleep.

DO YOU FOLLOW ANY SLEEP ROUTINE (LIKE READING, MEDITATION, AVOIDING SCREENS)?.

Well, I have my sleep routine, which is meditation, and it's not always the time I meditate. Sometimes, when I'm overstressed, i don't need any sleeping routine for me to sleep. I only fall asleep easily when I'm stressed, but if i am finding it difficult to sleep, i can meditate, and it helps me to sleep too.

WHAT DISTURBS YOUR SLEEP THE MOST? (NOISE, STRESS, MOBILE, LATE-NIGHT EATING, etc.)

Noise, like i hate noise in my life, talk more of when I'm sleeping i can't sleep whenever there's noise it makes me uncomfortable and unhappy at the same time. To me, noise is harmful to the ear, and it cause extra stress whenever I'm sleeping.

TELL US ABOUT THE NEGATIVE IMPACTS OF NOT TAKING ENOUGH SLEEP AND POSITIVE IMPACTS OF TAKING ENOUGH SLEEP ON OUR HEALTH.

Here are some of the negative impacts of having enough sleep.

  • It increases the risk of diabetes.
  • It increases the rick of high blood pressure.
  • WEIGHT GAIN: it's the process that can delay endocrine systems that travel to different functions in the body systems, which leads to weight gain.
  • WEAKENED THE IMMUNE SYSTEM: These can be caused by a lack of sleep when once you're not having enough sleeping hours, you're more susceptible to illness.
  • LOW SEX DRIVE: For example, when you're not having enough sleep, it can cause decreased testosterone levels and blunt dopamine function, all of which can reduce sexual performance.
  • DIFFICULTY IN CONCENTRATING: it means inability to maintain focus on a particular thing you're doing.

The positive impacts of taking enough sleep.

  • It will increase your energy
  • Reduce stress
  • Boost your immune system
  • Stay at a healthy weight
  • It decreased the risk of diabetes and the risk of high blood pressure.

In today's era, noise has increased. There is noise from machines and factories, and there is noise everywhere, which disturbs our sleep and does not let us sleep. If we do not sleep long enough, we can suffer from many diseases. You have stated this correctly. I agree with everything you said. If we sleep long enough and get enough sleep, it will bring us many benefits. We will not suffer from diseases and we will not get dark circles under our eyes. Due to not getting enough sleep, a person is not able to wake up on time. If a student who does not get enough sleep sleeps all the time during class, he falls behind his other classmates in terms of studies and he cannot even focus his attention on the lesson. I got a lot of information from reading your post. Good luck for the contest.
