Hi @aaliarubab I want to share my diary with you and the beloved #healthysteem community. However before I proceed I would love to unveil my personality through:

Achievement 1


I actually prepared something delicious today, it's something nobody has ever eaten because of the mixture.

My diet

Today I decided to prepare what is called Yam Rice Pepper soup.

The ingredients I used are:

  • Cray fish, dry fish, palm oil, grinded dry pepper, sliced onions, two cubes of maggi and salt.

Preparations:

  • I sliced the yam into pieces (quadrant)

  • I washed the yam with clean water.

  • I light the gas cylinder and introduce some volume of water into the washed pot, and allow it to boil for 20 minutes.

  • I then introduce the washed yam into the boiling water, and allowed it to boil till it become soft for eating.

  • While waiting for it to become soft, I get the ingredients prepared, sliced the onions, wash the dry fishes and shake the palm oil till it mix.
    Once the yam becomes soft, I introduce the following:

  • The prepared ingredients and allow it to boil till done.

Get a spoon to taste how sweet it is

Once it's done, bring down the pot and get the rice pot ready. Clean the rice pot with water and then introduce the washed rice into it.

  • Boil it and allow it to dissolve.

Once it dissolve, gently transfer the dissolve rice into the yam pot. Mix it with spoon until it's balance.

Light the gas cylinder and place the Mixture of Yam Rice pot on it. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.

Off the gas. Bring the pot down and allowed it to cool by opening the lid. Take a spoon and plate and dish your own. Enjoy the beautiful Yam Rice Pepper soup by @deetalka6

My Yam Rice Pepper soup evidently possess the quality of balance diet, and also serve as an antidote for bodily pains and diseases.

The water I drank

I drank borehole water, collected from water tap.

The exercise I did

Before I took my bathe today, I enrol in some body press-up. I managed to do the press-up 8 times before I resume bathing.

What I did to relax

After eating the delicious Yam Rice Pepper soup I had no other option than to rest a little before picking up my phone to type the dairy.

The pain or tiredness I felt

While trying to form this dairy I felt totally discomfort. My head begin signaling me of insufficient rest which resulted to headache if prevention is not taken.
