Wk 42: The Diary Game and Your Health | My Wednesday Diary Health Diary

A health diary is a very important tool that enables us keep track and manage our physical and mental health. It also help us improve on self-awareness, reduce stress, and enhance communication. Kindly take a seat and read through as I take you through my health diary for Wednesday, 22nd/Jan/2025.
I embarked on a distant journey on Wednesday. It was a journey of over 400km. Prior to my trip, I ensured I didn't eat anything the evening before my main trip. I only ate fruits and drank water. Ta is a normal routine for me anytime I'm embarking on such distant journeys. I always ensured I watch what I eat before and during any long trips. This is necessary because of a terrible experience I had years back. I ate so much and had so many different combinations that I had a running stomach the following day before my trip. To make the whole issue worst, I didn't take any medication to arrest my running stomach. It was a terrible experience I wouldn't pray my enemies pass through.
In the morning before my trip, I did some yoga exercises, took my bath and ate fruits salad (apple, banana, watermelon and cucumber). I also took some extra cucumbers and enough water for the trip. This is to keep me hydrated all through the journey. After ensuring that our vehicle is sound and in good shape, we took off around 8:30am.
The journey was a very lengthy due to the bad roads that connect towns. We have to stop at intervals to straighten our legs, ease ourselves and get refreshments for those who needed some. I resorted to listening some reggae and country musics in order to keep myself relaxed. My favorite reggae artist is Bob Marley, Majeek Fashek while for country music is Don Williams. I feel very relaxed listening to any of these music.
We arrived at our destination just some minutes past 5pm. Mehn......, the pain and fatigue was really something else. I could no longer feel my body cos of the so much aches I've got. I had to take a very hot bath and apply some balm around my joints and muscles where I've got this pains.
After taking a nap for like an hour, I was a bit relieved and I requested for a sumptuous meal to help me regain my strength and energy after the long trip.
