I really applaud your work here bro. Staying hydrated is very very important for I health most especially during the summer where the body temperature can lift up to 41° c. When we stay hydrated our chances of having risks associated with dehydration become few, it also helps the body to work efficiently making the immune system strong to fight and combat diseases which can distort our health. You said it bro jokes apart, Nigeria is a country which experiences a high intense heat during summer, no wonder you cannot calculate the amount of times you consume water or even create a routine for yourself.

Come on man🤵, you have a good collection of fruits which helps man's body to always remain hydrated, watermelon 🍉, noodles and fruits are of good importance in staying hydrated most especially during summer. Dehydration can certainly lead to fatal diseases which can make the body become abnormal and ineffective, it's also causes dry mouth according to you. That's right, bravo your content looks clean and Crystal clear.
