If there is no other time to care for the lips, I can say it is now. This is because for here in this part of Africa called Nigeria, we are already experiencing the summer. At this period of time, the weather is cool at night and the early morning hours with general dryness. It becomes warm to hot during the day and this affects the skin and the lips. The lips get torn and becomes making it painful to talk or even open the mouth. This is whe caring for the lips I would say, is most important.
