For me I experience tension headache often especially when I get back from work during weekdays. It all started when I started my new Job, the work is tedious and it can be so overwhelming sometimes so whenever I'm back it feels like a heavy load placed on me, my fore head keeps pouncing until I take pain relief and rest before it goes off, sometimes I use cold compress on my forehead and it works for me. this happens over 10-14 times a month. it's not a pleasurable ordeal for me at all

Thanks for stopping by and reading through my post, I love and celebrate you all 🙏 🙏
