What do you know about the eyes allergy?
AOA friends! Let share my knowledge about allergy, although i am not from medical field . What is an allergy? An allergy happens when your body overreacts to something innocuous, like dust, pollen, or pet hair. Instead of keeping calm, your immune system organizes a mini-revolution, and you sneeze, itch, or even get watery eyes.
Now, when i in general sense speak about eye allergies, they happen when your eyes are irritated by suspended particles in the air—like dust, smoke, or even strong perfumes. And also do not forget the real culprits in my opinion because its my first hand experience : mobile and computer screens! Prolonged looking at them makes our eyes tired, dry, and sometimes even reddened, as if we've cried over a weeping movie.
So believe it or not, even international the Constitution of all nations speaks about health rights! In the majority of countries, including UN declarations, eye care falls within basic healthcare. So, be it seasonal allergies or screen tiredness, look after your eyes—because you have only one pair!
Have you ever encounter the eyes allergy?
Yes yes, of course! Even today and know, I had an allergic reaction—not just in my eyes but on my skin too. It’s always feel to me like my body decided to protest against the environment , fun joke but not a not joke believe me because you don't the condition that why you don't understand. The itching, redness, and watery eyes made me feel like I was in a battle I never signed up for.
Can you imagine an allergic patient’s condition? Well, it is no less than a mini disaster! Eyes burning😓, nose running, and skin itching like crazy—feels like nature is playing a prank.
Even the Constitution talks about healthcare rights, but where’s the law against pollen and dust? Unfair, right?
How can you cure the eyes allergy?
How are eye allergies treated? First of all, you must identify the cause of the problem—whether it is dust, pollen, or animal dander. Once you know the cause, it is easier to deal with the problem.
Simple measures like over-the-counter antihistamines or ocular drops might be of great relief to some. But the best way is to minimize exposure to allergens to the extent possible.
It is also necessary to give ocular health the priority—this can be achieved either through cleanliness practices on a regular basis or through the use of protective glasses in certain environments!
