What do you understand by muscular pain?

I haven’t started a job yet. I spend a lot of time for painting and drawing to post on Steemit Platform. I sometimes cook at home. I stand for a long period at kitchen for cooking or sit for a long time for my drawing,painting or craft. Some time this create pain in my muscles. I’d like to write this post from my own experience.
Myalgia is medical terms word. This means muscle pain, stiffness or discomfort we feel in our muscles. Muscle pain is common in Bangladesh, where many people do hard physical work every day. A mild or serious condition that affects our daily activities.
Write the causes of muscularpain.
Muscle pain exists for many reasons. People who do farming or construction work in Bangladesh work very hard for long hours and often gets muscle pain. This additional pressure is put on our muscles when we don’t rest or keep the correct posture while working.
Working at a desk or a computer for long hours and without breaks usually feel pain in our neck, shoulders or back. The other big reasons being muscle pain is injury and lack of proper nutrition. Weak muscles are caused by low levels of calcium and vitamin D, because we don’t eat enough healthy food like milk, eggs or vegetables.
The other cause of our muscle pain is stress because it makes the muscles tense. Body pain resulting from dengue, flu or viral fever feels worse during the illness.

The most common signs of muscle pain are stiffness, a feeling of pulling and difficulty moving. The painful area can sometimes, swell or look red. At the end of the day when we perform heavy work often feel pain on our back, arms or legs.
Lower back or neck pain may be sitting for long periods of time. Dengue or viral fever can start pain all over our body that doesn’t go away even when we take rest. Usually pain of this type comes with fever, weakens, and makes us tired. In some cases, the pain is so bad that even normal work is hard to do.
Give some remedies to cure muscular pain.
I take medicine only if I'm in great muscle pain, otherwise I try home remedies first. A warm towel on the painful area really helps. It increases blood flow and decreases pain. I gently massage the area with warm mustard oil, this is so effective. Sometimes we use Epsom salt in warm water as a relaxing bath.
Light exercise can also help relax our body muscles. If we can walk in the morning or do yoga then our excessive muscle tightness will be reduced over time. Some time in the sun our body gets the vitamin D and foods like vegetables, milk, eggs and fish all help us by giving the muscles a good strength.
If the pain does not fade or gets worse, we need to see a doctor. We should not ignore the muscle pain of dengue or infection, because it can turn into more serious problems.
