Dairy game went to the doctor to examin my self||club5050 ||15-01-2025
Today I want to share again my diary game and eleborate all the which i spend in multiple task
So let start our activity without any delay
I woke up early in the morning and i started my day with the name of allah almighty then i went
to walk in the park morning walk is so important for our self and for our brain and our organisam of our body

because morning walk refresh our syatem and organisms so after that when i free from walk i came back at home i get fresh and wash our face then i prepared breakfast and prepared lunch boxes for the children then i wake up called for my children they having breakfast and get ready for the school
So they woke up and ready for the school after half hour they went to school and i completed my task then i felt some dossiness in myself and i felt not well but i completed my task like cleaning and washed the dishes and prepared lunch for my children

After few hours my children came back from school and they changed their clothes and having lunch with me after the lunch i told my children that i felt not well and i wanted to take some rest and did not distrub me they started their studies and solve all the problem and complete all the assignment and home work so

Then i went to doctor clinic for some examin for my self then he prescribed the some medicine and some supplement becaus i felt some nausea so he prescribed some medicine for it after taking medicine 💊 from medicine and cameback to home then

i prepared dinner 🍽 for my children and i didnit wanted to eat nothing but I remembered that i took medicine so i should some thing to eat so i eat something lite and after eating i took medicine which you can see in the picture and after taking medicine i
slept brcause i was to much sleepy
