Assalamualaikum my fellows I hope you will be fine by the grace of Allah. Today I am going to participate in the fast food contest by @abdullahw2 under the umbrella of Healthy Steem team.

How often do you eat fast food, and why?

Fast foods are the trend of today and these are the favourites of the new generation. But not everyone likes to eat this fast food. There are still some people who avoid eating fast food. You can count me in those people who do not eat fast food often. There are many reasons to not eating fast food for me. Firstly these fast foods are injurious to health especially to stomach. I feel stomach problem after eating fast food. On the other hand these are expensive than the fresh and natural foods. So I prefer eating fresh and natural food than fast food.

What are your favorite fast Foods? Tell us about them.

If I talk about my favourite fast food then there are a few things. I like to eat chicken based fast foods such as chicken shawarma. Chicken sijji is also included in this list. Chicken zinger burger cannot stay behind in this list. Some other street foods such as chips, rolls, fritters and samosa are also in this list.

What do you think are the biggest health risks associated with fast food?

Fast food comes with the health risks. Fast food causes obesity which is the root of many other diseases. It can cause diabetes. Fast foods causes heart health problems. Blood pressure is very serious problem which can also be caused by the fast food. Different sauces used in the fast food can cause respiratory issues. There are many other risks as well.

Do you believe fast food can be made healthier? If yes, how?

In my opinion when the base is fast food then how these can be made healthy. When the basic things such as sauces, breads, and spices are injurious to health then how these can be made healthier. I am not in the favour that fast foods can be made risk free about the health.
