Sitting or lying all the time, our body is connected and when we walk again, our The body hurts a lot, lying down or sitting after eating and drinking makes us prone to various diseases.

Care must be taken.Most of the time I have breakfast of milk and egg, I drink a glass of milk and eat a boiled egg with it, but today I have used milk and apple in my breakfast as milk is the king of all foods. 14 years ago, Hazrat Muhammad Sarwar (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that milk is not only the king and emperor of all foods and medicines, but after drinking milk, he made a prayer for its digestion and usefulness. May Allah bless milk and give this blessing more and more. There are buffaloes in our village. We get their pure and pure and transparent milk. Hands and feet become swollen or fall asleep due to weakness, the skin becomes tired or the mouth fills with water. They should have milk and apples for breakfast. It removes the swelling of torment And it stops the cells moving towards death. It contains ingredients that keep the system very useful. By using it, the stomach is also healthy along with constipation, so you should eat light food for breakfast. You should not have breakfast even if you are full. After eating milk and apple, I have to have breakfast an hour or two later. For breakfast, I eat a roti with curry. It keeps me healthy.
Due to the change in the weather, my health was deteriorating, my whole body was aching, my head was aching and I was also getting fever. I take pills and keep them at home. Whenever I have a little problem, I take this pill. It calms me down. Often our health gets worse at night, so we can't go to a hospital or a doctor. I keep such medicines at home which I take We should take this pill and relax for some time, when we sweat, our body will feel light and the pain in the body will also be cured.
In the evening meal, I took one kilo of local chicken meat for myself and half a kilo of it I made soup for myself. When it got soft, I added black pepper and salt to it and cut its meat into small pieces and prepared its soup. In winter, soup is very important. Muscle strength gives and is very useful for health, so in the winter season, the meat of native chicken should be consumed more.
And with the remaining half a kilo of meat, I prepared dinner, I made a curry for Myself first of all, I took two onions, cut them into small pieces and put half a cup of ghee in it. I browned the onions well and added two tomatoes and ginger and garlic paste I added the meat and fried it well and then added dry red chillies, dry turmeric and salt to taste and dry coriander and fried it well and then I added two glasses of water and then Switch off the pressure cooker.
After ten minutes we have to see when the water dries up then we have to add chopped green coriander and green chillies and then we have to take it off the stove now our curry is ready. To maintain energy we should consume more meat as it strengthens the bones and keeps the body lean.
