What do you understand by bloating?
From my little understanding, I discovered that bloating means the aspect of uncomfortable sensation or when there is a full tightness around my abdomen that is most followed with persistent swelling. Most of the time, it is always caused when there is too much of gas accumulation around the dugjesyibysusyem. There are several factors that can contribute to the reason and this most of the time leads to food slowly moving to the gut as it should be.
Symptoms of Bloating.
There are some symptoms of bloating that I strongly believe we can pay attention below;
When you are begin to feel tightness around your abdomen
When there is excessive flatulence
When you begin to notice swollen belly
When you begin to feel abdominal pain
Managing Bloating.
There are some ways I strongly believe you can use to manage bloating.
First of all, try not to eat food that have high gas
Avoid overeating
Always stay hydrated
Seek Medical advice when there are several conditions.

Of course there are some causes of bloating which I have come to notice. These are below;
Common Causes of Bloating.
There are some causes of bloating which I discovered.
- Dietary Factors: This is the first one. When we make use of the dietary factors like overeating or even most of the time consuming too much carbonated drinks, it can lead to bloating.
- Digestive Issues: The second reason is through the digestive issues. Sometimes constipation might be the reason for the causes of bloating most of the time also and when the particular person is suffering from IBS called the irritable bowel syndrome.
- Medical Conditions: This is the third cause of bloating. Most of the time, whenever we have conditions like the Gastroparesis and even sometimes hormonal changes can really be the reason for that also.
- Stress and Anxiety: This is the lazy cause. Even though it might look shocking to many of us but stress and anxiety can really cause bloating because stress can lead to slow digestion.
Give some home remedies to cure bloating.
There are some home remedies to cure bloating which I was able to come up with.
- Herbal Teas: This is the first. There are some herbal teas like the ginger tea and even the chamomile tea that goes a long way to help improve our digestion and also reduces gas production.
- Warm Water with Lemon: This has proven to work like magic. The combination of drinking warm water with lemon can help aid digestion and at the end of the day reduces bloating for us.
- Yoga Poses: There are some exercises that we can engage into like the child pose or even the wind relieving pose that can help reduce the trapped gas.
- Avoid Carbonated Drinks and Chewing Gum: This is the last one. Most of the time carbonated drinks always lead to bloating and so we must always work to avoid taking excessive carbonated drinks.
- Stay Hydrated: This is the last one I will recommend. Try to always stay hydrated and that you can do by constantly drinking a whole lot of water daily to help flush out some of the sodium we have excessively in our body and also it will help to improve digestion.
