Hello healthy friends,
Knowing the family health history is very easy as a family member because each family member is aware of the physical condition and eating habits. Regular routine of family members is very important for his health.

Have you noticed any health problems in your family members?

Most people today are going through some kind of illness. I also have several health problems in my family. My father is a heart patient and has high blood pressure. But my grandfather did not have this disease nor did my other uncles have this disease only my father is known to have this disease.

No other member of my family suffers from this disease. My mother is struggling with back bone pain it is a family disease of mother. My maternal grandmother and Mamta are affected by this disease. Although my maternal grandmother has diabetes, my mother does not suffer from diabetes. I think my mother's physical exertion kept her away from diabetes.

How do you think knowing your family's health history can help you?

It is very easy for me to know my family health history. Taking my father for regular doctor's appointments and getting those prescriptions. I came to know about these diseases only by knowing my father's eating habits I find that by knowing my family's health history I can use family health risk management as a powerful tool. Regular exercise, healthy diet etc.

Have you ever discussed health concerns with your family? What was that like?

We sometimes discuss with the family to reduce the illness and get rid of the disease later. And sometimes we sit together and chat for a long time which is more important to reduce stress. Treating a patient well for speedy recovery from illness involves giving him time and telling positive stories that are seen as helping to get rid of the disease. Sitting together in discussion increases our awareness of physical problems we may not know about each other.

Do you think it is important to keep track of family health history? Why or not?

It is very important to keep track of family health history which will increase awareness for the next generation. Family diseases include diabetes, heart disease, asthma, seizures and other diseases. If you don't know if any of your family members have been affected by this disease then you will be better off being careful. If you have diabetes, you will be more aware of your diet, exercise, and lifestyle.

Keeping track of family health history keeps me and other members of my family healthy and aware.

How can we encourage younger family members to learn about their health history?

Ensuring their presence in our family discussions to raise awareness of family diseases from childhood. Tell us about food. As the younger members of my family ask additional questions about these matters it is more convenient for them to know. Educational videos can be shown on YouTube to educate children about current diseases and improve healthy living.

Children can be taught through examples or stories that will keep them interested without being bored. Today there are many interesting books to teach children through which they can be taught.

I thank @sahmie for teaching through this series of health contests. I invite you @anowarhoussain @bonaventure24 @selina1 to participate in this contest.
