Greetings, Fine Felines and Hoomans of Steemlandia!

I'm happy to say that we have arrived at the weekend, and with that another Caturday update... because — as I am sure you know by now — Saturday means Caturday!

We have arrived at the final Caturday of September, as well as of the 3td quarter of the year. Amazing how fast time flies by!

By the same token, Shangri and Nala have now been part of our home for a month already, and it's amazing how well they already have integrated into the household!

We're very grateful that everyone seems to be getting along quite well. We have given elderly Smudge a "safe zone" where she can retreat to if dealing with kittens gets to be a bit much for her.

After all, Smudge is almost 20 years old now... a ripe old age for a cat!

As official "Heat Cat" of the household, I'm very happe we have new life in the place... and the Hoomans are doing a very good job of making sure that I get just as much attention as I was used to, before the kittens arrived.

Of course, it's a lot of work to play with such energetic youngsters, so I retreat to my own napping spots when I have had enough of their antics!

That sun feels good...but the days are getting shorter...

The kittens seem to be favoring the Mom-Hooman's office space as their favorite hangout spot. I'm OK with that, as I like to hang out next to the Dad-Hooman's desk, where I have one of my cat beds.

I don't mind that they are always taking pictures of the kittens... frankly, I don't always like it when they are sticking a camera in my face!

Relaxation time...

It's good that they are very photogenic... and they can help support this blog, so we can all earn part of our keep through cat photos!

According to the Hoomans, cat food is getting very expensive... and now there are four mouths to feed!

Not at all related, it's nice to see the crypto markets doing something other than heading downwards... Steem is back near $0.20 which is nice to see; next I hope to see $0.30!

Inching closer to my own Steemit goal for 2024 of reaching 3,000 SP. Wonder if I'll make it? It'll probably take some extra posting, or a few stout upvotes... but I'll keep plugging away at it!
