Slc-crochets22w5 |Get Started with Crochet: Coasters
Hello my dear Steemians,
Today I wanted to write for thischallenge, here is the link if you are also interested:

It is time to grab again crochet needle and try to get coaster according the instruciton of @naka05. I have done multiple photos that you could follow my progress.
First I wanted to present your my needle 3.0 size and two colours of yarn, I thought to get main light blue and grea for the edge around.
Starting up the circle and two air chains.
Then I do 11 of double crochets which will make 12 together witht he very first of air chains and close the circle.
After I have done the first crochet and an air chain, then the rest is double crochet so that the second row will be increased alltogether to 24.
The second row is finished, looks nice and tidy.
The third row is done the same with same start crochet and air chain following by one dounle and hten single with a chain
Finished the round three.
Start of the 4th row with two crochet between double.
That is the end of the forth row.
The fifth row has 3 crochet followed by double.
This is how we close hte final row and going to hise the end of thread.
Now we can cut off the end.
It looks like that when the fifth row is done.
Now to do the decorative edge I used grey yard, attaching on outer edge of the coaster with a slip stitch. 3 ch, puff stitch (3 times yarn over) in the same stitch.
After that 3 chains, puff stitch in 3rd chain from the hook, 1 chain. The next one is repetetive but skip 1, puff stich in next stich.
Continue hte same pattern till the end. Close the edge and try to hide the end in puff stich.
Hope you like my work.

Hi @wuddi, Thank you for participating and making quality post in the community. Crocheting is one skill I admire those who do it alot cos the first time I tried to handle a crochet was my last. Hahahaha , something in me feels not wired to it. It’s a beautiful design you have there. Keep on steeming and I wish you success in the engagement.

Thank you @alexanderpeace. To start up anything is always very difficult and only practising will make it better. I am glad that I started doing that when I was a child because later once we are grown up there are many other tasks we have and often there is no time for concentrating on such work. But still even if someone would love to learn and spends at least couple of hours a week should show good results.
Thank you for verification.
You have presented your kushikata design to us in a very beautiful and simple way. There is really a lot of joy and satisfaction in these works. I do these works with great pleasure. I wish you all the best in the challenge.

Thank you @rumanaafroz for visiting my post and also I am pleased to know that you like my work. In this homework there was a free style of creating the edge which might show many different variation. It would be nice to see your work too :)
