Step1 First to begin my cooking, I washed my hands because, I have to maintain hygiene, so after that I peeled my sweet potatoes, and cut them into smaller pieces but not too small, then I proceeded to wash my potatoes and poured it in a clean pot.

Step 2 I added some little amount of water, because sweet potatoes does not take long time to cook, so I covered the pot and placed it on fire and allowed it to boil.

Step3 While my sweet potatoes was on fire boiling, I was busy get my other ingredients ready, I washed and cut my uwgu leave, then washed and pepper and spring onion, I grounded the pepper along with the crayfish, while my spring onion was chopped.

Step 4 After all that were done, I checked on my sweet potatoes and it has started boiling, so I added in my palm oil, grounded pepper and crayfish, some Maggie and salt to taste, I then stirred and covered the pot again to cook properly.

Step 5 After few minutes, I checked on my sweet potatoes and it was ready, at this point I added in my chopped vegetables and spring onion, the reason why I had to wait until it was ready is because I don't want my vegetables to be cooked, I like them fresh.

I would love to invite my friends to join me in this contest
