Beans help us to balance our diet if you have beans on your menu is very important they can serve as your breakfast which can be made as akara in Hausa but today I will teach us steps on how you can use these little plates to cook the moimoi

First I purchase all the ingredients from the market crayfish beans red oil long pepper Maggie onions

Step one

I washed the beans using the Malta to remove the pill so that it would not give me black spots in the moimoi after washing it I took it to the engine for grinding

Step two

When I return home I put the red oil Maggie and crayfish alongside sliced onion leaves after mixing it properly making sure that the ingredients have circulated I dished it out into the small plates

Step three

I sprayed the little plates as much as I could then I put a bit of oil in each of the plates for easy remover when it was done I put the quantity of the grounded beans into the small plates needfully and then covered them to be placed in the pot

Step four

I put the pot on fire putting another cover under the water and then allowing it to boil before placing the little plate into the pot on top of another so that it would not drop with the support of the cover of the Pot cover under it help in the balance of the plates and that way avoid pouring during boiling
