How are your friends? I hope everyone is having a good day by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah. And I am also fine by the grace of Allah and your infinite mercy. I have come to participate in a wonderful contest organized by @ngoenyi maam. For this, I would like to thank @ngoenyi maam for organizing such a beautiful contest for us every week. Today I have come up with a fun recipe for you and that is the pitha that chitoy soaked in milk. It is very tasty and a popular winter pitha. It seems that winter is leaving us, but towards the end of winter, I made it again and it is a very favourite pitha for the whole family to eatting with. I made this pita several times during the winter, but today I will share it with all of you. Let's get started.

Required materials👇🏾

●Rice flour
●Liquid milk
●Bay leaf
●Small cardamom
●Cinnamon
●Salt
●Date molasses and
●Coconut

The Process of receipe


Step 01

To make a pita, first I will put a big pot and put 2 kg of liquid milk in it and heat the milk well. Then when the milk gets hot, I will keep the milk there for a while and heat it.I bring about one to one and a half kg of milk here It will increase a lot Once the milk has thickened a bit,add gorom moshla ,

Step 02
I will pour the milk into a bowl and add some water to the same bowl. Then when the water gets a little hot, I will add date molasses like my amount does. You can add more or less date molasses according to the sweet Then I will add three spoons of coconut. Then heat everything well and keep it aside on the stove.

Step 03
Then I have to make the pithas while the water and milk cool down a little. So now I will make the dough for the pithas. Here I will take a bowl of rice flour like a amount and then there I will will add a spoon of salt, then I will knead the salt and rice flour well, then I will add normal water little by little to the flour and knead it well,

Step 04
then I will knead the rice flour well with my hands for another five minutes when it becomes a little liquid, then I will make a liquid thick dough. Then I will put an iron pan on the stove and heat it well.

Step 05
I will pour the required amount of batter on it and I will cover the pitha with a small lid Then here I will set the stove to medium to high heat and then wait for about three minutes by this time my pitha will be ready.

Step 06
You can see how my pitha has risen beautifully and has become very soft. In this way, I will make several pithy.

Step 07
In the meantime, my milk and date powder water will cool down a little. Then I will put the prepared pitha one by one, first in the jaggery water and then all of them Once the pitha is done, dip it well in the jaggery water. Then pour the pre-heated milk over the pitha. Mix the jaggery water and milk well and soak the pitha. Then cover the pitha with a lid and leave it for seven to eight hours.

Step 08
Then the pithas will be completely prepared and you can see how the pithas have risen in the juice. Then you have to take the pithas out in a bowl and prepare them for serving.

Step 09
