In my childhood years, I never see myself driving a car. Aside from I really dont have enough savings, I am also afraid of passing by a road. But thanks to my hubby with the help of prayers, the strength I had within ignited and awaken. One time, when I am pregnant of my 2nd baby, my hubby decided that we will purchase a car even just a surplus because our family already got bigger as years passed. At first, I am really doubtful because its too expensive even if it is just surplus and I am afraid as well because of its maintainance yearly. But my happy opened my mind and let me understand the importance of having a car in our daily errands esp when he was about to work abroad. It would be hard for me to commute esp when my daughter needed me in their school.

So, I just tried to be brave and tried to practice driving after we bought a second hand mini-van. It was so tough and I was always scolded by my hubby during our practice because I was too scared on the road esp when there's someone who will pass on my side. But thank God, because of my strict driving teacher, I was able to conquer my fear.

And right now, since he already worked far from us, I had to drive for myself and will do household chores.

Every friday, this is my routine. Before I will go to school, I will be sending my laundry at the laundry shop. Since my hubby is far from us, I had to carry our 8kilo laundry from our house to where I parked the car. And it is approximately 30km away. I had to walk carrying the heavy loads to the car. Then I will now drive going to the laundry shop.

Afterwards, I will go to the school. My time in is 10:30 but I had to go to school before 9:30 so that I can still have a space to park.

Being in a LDR is so hard, esp when you are a working mom. I sometimes feels so pity with my daughter because sometimes she asked me that I will be the one to send her to school. I can grant her request sometimes but most of the time I cannot because of my work schedule. Very hard but I thank God because Matheena understands me.

So, to those working mom with a hubby who worked abroad, I feel you momshies. The money we received is not worth it to the experience we were experiencing. But I had to stay strong because we both decided it and it is for our future.

Inviting my co-momshies @liamnov, @jes88 and @sweetspicy.

Sincerely,

[K Y R I E 1 2 3 4]
