STEPS TO PREPARING BEANS AND PLANTAIN PORRIDGE
I washed my beans, put them in my cooking pot, and added water suitably. Then place it on the fire
I washed my plantain and sliced it into smaller sizes
I washed my fish with clean water and pounded my pepper and crayfish. I chopped my onion.
when my beans on the fire began to boil and became slightly softened, I added my plantain covered the pot, and allowed them to be cooked
After a while, I added my seasoning cube to the right proportion: salt, ground pepper, ground crayfish, fish, and palm. Then, stir it for the ingredients to mix.
I allowed it on fire for some minutes. At this juncture, my beans and plantain porridge are ready.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF EATING BEANS AND PLANTAIN PORRIDGE
Beans contain primary protein and the reason I say primary protein is because it's a plant. In other words, eating beans gives our body protein, which would help in building our body. If we eat beans, it will help reduce our cholesterol and regulate our blood sugar levels.
Then plantain is made of Vitamin C; as such, eating plantain boosts our immunity. The potassium in it helps in controlling our blood pressure. If we eat plantain often, we may be preventing ourselves from suffering anemia because plantain contains iron.
You see when we mix plantain and beans for a palatable porridge, we don't just enjoy the taste, but we're enriching ourselves
