The #steemexclusive tag should be used in all you posts as long as they are only posted on the steemit platform whether it’s stated on the contests or not. It’s simply to show that they cannot be found anywhere else except on steemit. I hope you understand. Gracias
Nothing is required. It is allowed not to use hashtags at all. There are plenty plagiarists using #steemexclusive. A host of a contest, a moderator and curator should check for this information!
