Assalamu Alaikum,
Hello everyone,
I am @afrinn
From #Bangladesh
Assalamu Alaikum how are you all Alhamdulillah I am fine and healthy. Today I chose cooking in the Steam for Ladies community. From there I will share my cooking recipe in @ngoenyi mom's contest. Hope you all like my coriander recipe. I live in the village. My village has a lot of vegetables available and I myself grow and eat a lot. I have cultivated these coriander leaves in my small area. I made the plants a little bigger by slowly watering them. Today I didn't have any vegetables in my house so I thought to pick the coriander leaves and use them Don't eat the food. This bharta is very delicious with rice dishes. And this cilantro is cultivated in large quantity in our village, we can buy it from the market at a very low price and eat it by mixing it with all the food. But the bharta that I have made is a suitable dish for those who always have an unappetizing mouth and don't feel like eating. Because we have to add a lot of jhal between these coriander leaves, then the taste will come in our mouth. So friends, let's start with how I made the coriander bharta recipe.
What ingredients do I need to make this recipe?
- Garlic
- Oil
- Green chillies
- Onions
- Coriander leaves
First step
First I picked the coriander leaves from my place along with the plant. Then I picked the leaves one by one and washed them thoroughly with water. Then I left it to boil in the middle of the pan.
Second step
Then I boiled coriander leaves well with salt on top. Then I put the boiled coriander leaves in the middle of a small plate
I left it.
The third step
Then I put the pan on the stove. Then I put some oil there and then I fried the green chillies. Then it turned red in color then I took it off the stove and kept it in a bowl.
Fourth step
Then again I put enough oil on the curry then I fry garlic and onion well in it and when it turns red color I put it with chili.
Step Five
Then I washed the shilpata well and prepared the coriander leaves in it. And I bit the leaves gently.
Sixth step
Then I chopped the green chillies bit by bit. Then there I sauteed the onion garlic and slowly. Then I added garlic paste and chili paste on top of coriander leaves
Seventh step
Then I mixed the garlic paste with salt and chilli paste and coriander leaves with hand. And I checked the food to see if everything is ok.
Conclusion
The food is very delicious and tasty. Finish the dish with hot rice and you will feel a little more effort. Once the coriander filling is done then I will serve it in the middle of a plate. And I decorated the plate with rose flowers from my tree. I took a selfie with myself. So guys this was my cilantro bharta. So you can try and eat like me.
