Ah, yes... I am a passive real estate investor myself, @scaredycatguide. But I do have one rental property that I manage myself. Great article.
To tell you frankly, I started writing an article too, and it is the same topic (but I got sick, and was distracted). Real Estate by its very nature is my heaviest weighted of my investment portfolio.
