Good luck with steem.leo contest. would you mind sharing with us how many years have you been involved in investing? Surely you have some decent experience. I also wonder how many times did you want to give up ?

Gold can lose its allure but that's not true about land.

I kind of disagree. Tell that to people who purchased land few years back and right now they cannot sell this land because of war that just started. Or becuase of climat change. It's not so difficult to end up in position with no-one willing to buy our land.

    hey @crypto.piotr, i am on telegram and discord, both. tbh, while my total years of investing are around 10+, i would last 5 years is when I became decent at it. I never wanted to give up. I love tracking markets and investing.

    Can agree with you somewhat on land v/s gold. There are risks for sure with both. And you've correctly pointed out some of the risks with land. Govt stability is key for buying land.
