When measuring unit of account, the only asset that provides this feature today is fiat currency. No other asset in the world has the same divisibility, fungibility, and countability features that fiat currency has.

Have you thought hard about this one? Especially how a Unit of Measure can be Scarce? What other units of measure can only be created by officials and such.. Or how it can be a Unit of Measure if it cannot be created freely?
