    This is exactly the same method used in my village to process Garri.

    This process is also important, the grinded cassava has to be dried becuase there is water in it. there are many ways of drying up the grinded cassava, but the one we used is a local method using sticks and a rice bag.

    Is not easy to produce casava , although after everything you will enjoy it , nice write-up.
