# TECHNOLOGiCAL GADGET "MIXING CONSOL" IN OUR RADIO STATIO 91.1 FMPost By @joycebubble || MENTORED BY @kadosh2340

#INTRODUTION.
During the olden days dated back in the #1930's we don't have any technological evolution music were done by the early men with constructed wooden products till in the #1950's when there was an evolution band recorder was used, it upgraded to mixers and it keeps advancing. In our different #Radio stations today, you will see so many advanced gadgets such as, the microphone, the headphones/headsets, the keyboard, the desktop(computer), the mouse and the mixing consol which is the one I will be talking about majorly etc

#MICROPHONE: it's used in the. station to speak words that will be. transmitted for clearer. hearing.

#HEADPHONES: this is a gadget, mostly worn on the head which has two earlopes with foam to enable you hearing what the speaker is saying on air.

#KEYBOARDs: it is used to type/key in information or instructions into the computer.

#MOUSE: this is a technological tool used in pinpointing /carrying out duties on the desktop screen. It does activities like navigating, highlighting etc.

#DESKTOP: this is a computer. It is used to display pictures, letters, drawings, colors on the screen.

#MIXINGCONSOLE: this an electronic device that is used for enhancing the qualities of sounds and signals. The mixer is used in the recording studios, public address systems, night clubs, broadcasting, television etc.
#Note: the console is one of the vital equipments you will find in the radio and any producing firm.

The mixer has a way its been structured and they entails: #Input I.e for plugging in the microphone. #Equalizer I.e for controlling the sounds, and settings. #Dynamics: for the busses section.

#TYPESOFMIXINGCONSELE.
We have two major types of console which are:Digital and Analogue console.
#DIGITAL: They comprises of automated mixed live sounds, templates that have been already mixed, saved modernized peak bands with digital capabilities.
#ANALOGUE: They have no digital capabilities like recording and recalling.

#USESOFMIXINGCONSOLE.

It is used to control the transmition of information, idea's, and sounds to the audience.
It is connected to the transmitter which makes it possible for audience (heterogenous) to hear what we say.
It helps in the combination / production of nice sounds, musical instruments etc.
It helps to enhance the voice of the speaker for more audibility.
