I heard of the news sometime ago. It's very terrifying. The government approach to the problem just seems so funny. "Return back to prison and we'll consider amnesty". Virtually no one! Is dumb enough to comply with this.

As long as those prisoners are on the loose, we expect some more news to make headlines in that state
