SLC | S21W2: Effective Classroom Management

Assalamu-o-Alikum to all Dear Steemians

By going through this engaging topic , I have recalled my days being a teacher since back 7 years ago when I have completed my graduation Degree. I taught for 1 years in very well reputated schoolDare-A-arqm in Lahore Pakistan. It was great experience of my life to teach junior and senior students and learnt teaching skills , class management and developing professional relationships with teaching staff as well. Through this channel it's good to share with you my teaching experience.

To the best of your knowledge, what is effective classroom management, and what does it have to do with planning, implementing, evaluating learning, and utilizing resources optimally? Explain the relationship of each of these points using your language. (2.5 points)

I remember the first rule to teach children when I was teaching in school was to maintain the class management and create a happy and friendly environment in the class so that children can work hard and study happily from the heart.

For this, children are sitting in the class with am organized way. Colorful charts are installed or paste on the walls which something informative is regarding class management.

Children are taught by the teachers that the during lecture in the class. Children should be silent and when they have some questions in their mind, then write it in paper and after the lecture, raised your hand and ask the teacher about your question.

Monitor is in the class in the absence of the teacher who keeps the environment pleasant and calm. So that there is no disturbance create in the class. When these points are considered, the environment of the class is pleasant. If they are kept seriously, then class management sustain and children are also intelligent and study with heart and hard work.

How do you go about creating a classroom atmosphere that supports the learning process?, he explanation you give is based on personal experience that did. (2 points)

The important thing to make class room interesting and learning and educational for the student's is that the teacher and student should have a good relationship and children are active in the class in answer and questioning session. They should active participate in class activities. That's develop the interest and seek the best learning time with their class mates.

When I was teacher of Junior session, I made the colorful cards and used to speak short ethical and practical stories to the students. Which develop interest in their lectures and happily active in the class. My students were very adorable and energetic. I teach them like a soft Mother. Because students are the asset and shiny star of our nation in future. Their learning in an organized way and in friendly environment is really important.

Effective classroom management closely connects with Learning Contract. Both set clear expectations. They nurture structured, supportive learning atmosphere. Learning Contract usually outlines behaviors. It also defines goals and responsibilities. It's a pact between students and educators. Aids students in understanding what's expected. Additionally it outlines what they can anticipate in return.

This alignment cuts down on misunderstandings. It fosters accountability. It allows the educator to prioritize teaching more. It cuts down on disciplinary issues. With firm guidelines students are more likely to stay engaged. They're also more likely to behave properly. This makes for easier classroom management.

These are the my own junior class photos , They have culture show celebrated and also presented Pakistan culture by wearing beautiful dresses and made the drawings. There way of presenting, and sitting in the class shows the class management in very good way. I appreciate these students to learn basic ethics and showed well civilized presentation. I am now married and have two kids , I am not teaching in the school but I love my teaching profession and memorable time spent with brilliant students.
